Booking rules

• Bookings can be made 1 week in advance except for members who have unlimited booking privileges
• Please cancel your tee time as soon as possible if you are unable to use the booking so someone else can use it
• The Buddy management function allows for the entry of your frequent golf partners so their email addresses aren’t required for each booking using the automated system

Check In and Registration Prior to Play

• Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your tee time to register.
• Be aware of the course Policies and Rules and Regulations which are provided to make your golf experience more enjoyable
• You may be asked to present your picture ID card at the time you register. If you are bringing a guest, it is your responsibility to register and make sure that your guest has paid the green fees.
• Men and Women’s restrooms are located adjacent to the door on the golf course side of the building. A restroom is provided on each course for your convenience
• Be aware of the club amenities which are available to make your golf experience more enjoyable
• Scorecards and pencils are in the mailboxes adjacent to the first tee of each course
